We were appointed by the Project Manager to design thirty new 3-bedroom apartments for services families. Lovelock Mitchell arranged the new 5 storey cliff top development so that all 30 apartments enjoyed a stunning sea view. The form of construction comprises of a reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill, and wall panels, constructed to UK building regulations.

The project included all external works including a 7m high retaining wall to provide ground level parking to the rear of the development and the installation of new services.
