We provided a full architectural service for the refurbishment of a turn of the 20th century colonnaded façade accommodation block into eight 2 bedroom apartments for civil servant support staff for the MoD.

The project included major structural modifications to the front concrete balconies and structural reinforcing of masonry panels, which had failed. All external/internal finishes and services were replaced to comply with current standards.

The successful refurbishment was recognised in the form of a Gibraltar Heritage Award in 2003.
