Innospec’s new European headquarters — now approved.

Excited to share that planning permission has been granted for the new European headquarters for Innospec, a global speciality chemical company – marking a significant upgrade to both the building and its setting here in Cheshire.

The office design introduces 4,750 m² of high quality workspace arranged around a light filled atrium that supports comfort, wellbeing, and intuitive movement throughout the building. Every element – from circulation to breakout spaces has been shaped to enhance staff experience.

The surrounding landscape is being completely reimagined, improving biodiversity, strengthening the site’s identity, and creating a more welcoming arrival for visitors. Together, the building and grounds form a cohesive, future ready campus that reflects the client’s ambition and values.
