Energy Centre

Places to Work

Lovelock Mitchell were appointed to develop proposals for a new Energy Centre for our Client’s R&D site in Cheshire. The proposals were to replace an outdated Boiler House and to provide new state of the art facilities to meet future site energy demands.

The scheme was designed in three phases which have been carried out over a seven-year period and include two new boiler houses and an electrical substation. The Energy Centre location was very important strategically, sitting centrally on the site, and the choice of materials and high-quality landscaping were carefully selected and designed to respect and integrate into the surrounding built environment.
