Mid Harbours

Mid Harbours Gibraltar is a unique Government Housing Scheme that provides a welcoming environment combined with carefully considered levels of privacy for its occupants. Public space and art are an integral part of the design, where six blocks of between six and eight storey in height are arranged around inner courtyards.

LMA coordinated the project from inception which included land reclamation and infrastructure improvements as well as the relocation of the Royal Gibraltar Yacht Club and rowing clubs, to facilitate the development. The modern apartments are well planned and spacious as well as being low maintenance, with flexible layouts to accommodate the changing needs of the residents.
