Neuadd Maldwyn

Lovelock Mitchell have been appointed by Clwyd Alyn Housing to design a 60 unit extra-care development in the heart of Welshpool. The development consists of the refurbishment of a grade II listed office building and a contemporary brick 3 storey extension wing.

The design will look to retain many of the existing listed building elements and incorporate these into the refurbished design, including the existing seating chamber and grand entrance staircase. The proposal will make use of the existing site with open and closed courtyards which will add to the landscape of the development.
