Lovelock Mitchell were appointed by Anwyl Construction to deliver RIBA Stages 4 to 6 for a significant mixed-use development in Rock Ferry, Wirral, on behalf of Torus62. The scheme includes 76 affordable homes and a 102-bed Extra Care facility, The development incorporates the regeneration of Grade II Listed Ravenswood House, sensitively integrating this heritage asset into a new, multi-generational community in Birkenhead.
