LMA revitalised this Grade II listed building with a contemporary extension as well as refurbishing the entire property.

Taking advantage of the light and space created by the deep windows, the stunning kitchen/breakfast room has an expansive view of the River Dee and the rest of the city. This required detailed negotiations with Planning and Conservation Departments.

The extension retains the original lines of the kitchen, garage-top patio and garden access stairs, with the addition of a structural glass façade and a zinc standing seam roof. Access to the refurbished lower ground floor was provided from the kitchen/breakfast room by a stunning new feature staircase.
