Wales and West Housing Association approached LMA to design a flexible and efficient new workplace for their rapidly expanding workforce.

The vision was to create a dynamic office over three floors and provide them with amenities and resources of a flagship headquarters which would include a grand boardroom to seat 20, well-appointed meeting and break out spaces, flexible event facilities, a comfy staffroom and a rooftop balcony with a view.

The office floor-plates on the upper levels are organised for space planning efficiency with natural light in all workspaces.
