The Ty Gwynedd Project is a scheme of 10 intermediate affordable homes for people who are not eligible for social housing, or who have difficulty finding a suitable and affordable home. This small development will be the first houses built by Gwynedd Council for over 30 years as part of ambitious plans to provide 1,500 affordable homes by 2027.

LMA developed quality modern housing types using local traditional building materials in a contemporary manner – that inline with the client brief will be affordable, adaptable, sustainable, energy efficient and healthy. With a considered open plan layout at ground floor to suit family living, ample space at first floor and usable roof space, these homes are robust and capable of adaption to house a growing family.
