Ty Mawr

Ty Mawr is a successful transformation of an existing, derelict farmhouse to a contemporary and dynamic home. Answering the need for a modern and sustainable house, whilst reflecting the traditional farmhouse and farmyard combination was at the very heart of the design principles for this project.

Sustainability was a consideration with a mechanical heat recovery ventilation system, underfloor heating and a wood pellet boiler ensuring that the home is both cosy and efficient.

The new build now fits perfectly with the character of its rural surroundings and has provided a modern and sustainable home for our client.
