Seen from above, the relationship between landscape and architecture comes into focus.

Our new Welsh Medium Primary School in Flint is designed to sit within its setting rather than apart from it. The building is shaped by its landscape, with integrated planting, green edges, and outdoor balconies and verandas that extend learning and play into the open air. Over time, the school is intended to become further embedded within its surroundings, softening as the landscape grows and matures.

Internally, tall atriums bring daylight deep into the building and frame open views of the sky, reinforcing a constant connection to the outdoors.
