Lovelock Mitchell were appointed by Adlington Retirement Living to develop the Stage 04 design of a 72 apartment luxury retirement living development in Menston, North Yorkshire, along with providing construction support through to completion. Located on the site of a vacant pub the development looks to meet the current and future needs of older people who are in need of care, by constructing a specialist development that will enhance the local environment and contribute to the continuation of a mixed and balance community.

Lovelock Mitchell worked closely with Adlington Retirement Living to ensure their standard design, specification and detailing were fully embedded into this scheme whilst working with them to help develop their own in house BIM capabilities.
