The development includes a market / food hall containing a mezzanine for additional seating. a versatile events and commercial hall, quality external spaces and refurbishment of the Queen’s Chambers building fronting Sussex Street.

This development is a key node of the regeneration scheme, providing better access and movement between the waterfront and the town centre. It will also bring extra footfall in order to support local businesses.
