Building One

Lovelock Mitchell have enjoyed a long relationship with this client in Wrexham, and this project provides the client with state of the art offices, new reception and security as well as a ground floor packaging and cold stores.

The building provides a flagship office and distribution centre, with the lower ground floor being given over to reception and packaging and storage facilities with a dedicated loading bay. The upper floors provide well proportioned offices and high specification meeting rooms which meet the clients’ ever changing requirements, providing staff with desk space, meeting suites and break out areas.

Work on the project was also carried out whilst ensuring the smooth running of operations on the site continued without disruption. Completed in 2019 and within budget the building now provides the focal point for visitors when attending the site.
