Some progress photos of our transformation of a Grade II-listed civic building in the heart of Welshpool for Clwyd Alyn.

👷 We’re adding a contemporary 3 storey brick extension wing to create a 60-unit extra-care development.

✍️ The design retains many of the listed building elements, carefully incorporating them into the new spaces, including the old seating chamber and grand entrance staircase.

🌳 The proposal makes connections with its beautiful rural context, with open and closed courtyards, that will embed the building into its landscape over time.
